However, please note that some tours may be subject to cancellation fees or non-refundable deposits, which will be clearly stated on the tour description page. If you have booked such a tour, you will not receive a full refund regardless of when you cancel. 

In addition, we reserve the right to cancel or modify any tour due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or natural events such as earthquakes and volcanic eruptions. In such cases, we will do our best to offer you an alternative date or tour, or a partial refund depending on the situation. We will inform you as soon as possible of any changes or cancellations via email or phone.
